Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Belle Glade

Review from 7/31/23 @ 6:45pm. Ordered an Extra Most Bestest online. Order showed ready 3 min after ordering when I requested pickup 20 min ahead. When I got there 2 of the 3 employees I saw were sitting down in the back on their phone. No napkins or spice packs stocked on counter, drink cooler not stocked and disorganized. Also I asked for some spice packs and peppers as I saw them on the shelf behind the counter and "Carlos" said sorry no and shook his head. Also, the extra most bestest I ordered had like 8 pepperoni on the whole thing, was stale and like warm, basically took a leftover hot and ready and shoved it in the warmer so they didn't have to make another pizza. -5...

Worst customer service I ever experienced. The guy taking the order looks mean and responded with a rude attitude. Went in an hour before closing & they wouldn’t make the pizza I wanted they said they only had pepperoni, just to later found out by a staff member that they do that to close early. I only wanted pineapple and cheese which isn’t even a complicated order. I heard rumors from high school workers that Nick, the store manager wouldn’t pay them their exact hours. & I asked if the store is under the same management and they said yes. The associate that picked up the phone at 11:56 am today is rude and unprofessional and needs to be fired. After a mix-up in charging my husband's card 3 different times, I called today because we only had one of the refunds put back on the card. When picking up the phone the so-called store manager was rude, argumentative and being a store manager myself if that was my associate, she would have been fired on the spot without hesitation. I advise anyone who goes to this store to only pay with cash. And whoever owns this store really need to make their presence be known before someone files a lawsuit againist...
