Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Belleville

All my food was cold, and I only live about 1.5 miles away from this DQ. I did call and speak with a manager.

She asked if I wanted to come and have the order remade. I explained that I had just gotten back from Chicago and had planned to just get food and relax. So also offered to refund money the next time I came there. I told her she didn't need to do that, but they could just replace the order when I did come back. So they get a 5-star rating for the Manager, knowing that you stand by your brand. And that she did. It's a shame on my part; however, for not remembering her name. I'm blaming that on my Chicago trip..

I commented that they can't allow their reputation to become that of, say, a McDonalds. And that I come there because I can count on food being done right.

She said that she would make sure the other managers knew about what took place with my order. That way, when I go back, it will get replaced.

Hats off to a manager who doesn't mind being what a manager should...

My daughter and I came here for lunch and I had gotten a grilled chicken blt salad. They use to be so good filled with cheese, bacon etc... this time I paid over $6 for Lettuce. There was barely any cheese and bacon. It was just thrown on there. My daughters chicken sandwich had barely any toppings on it. Then what aggravated me the most is that there were grandparents with their little grandkids which 1 of the kids had an egg allergy and the grandparents were making sure nothing contained egg in it and the girl by the register and the girl who seemed to be a manager rolled thier eyes and just didn't even seem to care and wouldn't double check to see if anything had egg in it. Today 8/10/12 at 11:38 a.m. I purchased a bacon cheese burger meal with a Sprite $5.93. This is the only meal I have eaten today! Twenty minutes later while eating the meal, I got sick: My head started pounding, the left side of my body went numb, had a hard time breathing, became nauseaous, I had diarrhea, and I threw up four times. There was also hair in my drink! I went to the ER and they treated me for these symptoms! I did call and speak to the manager who served me Tiffany and also the The GM, Liz they offered me no assistance and told me I was lying!
