Ice Cream Heaven — Restaurant in Belleville

Prices were great I think compared to other places, who are very over priced. My vanilla & candy crunch cyclone was tasty. Only drawback was the older man who took my order. He seemed super annoyed that I asked if they had candy crunch (not many placed have it). After I asked ge just sealed his fingers on the menu on the counter. It was my first time there, so I wasn't aware of the menu on the counter(only the menus displayed on the windows). This place has a lot of good reviews, as does the staff, so maybe I caught him on a bad day...but come on, I'm spending my money there...at least be pleasant and...

Here’s the thing. I have been coming here for years and appreciate the owners. I’ve never had a bad experience. However, I recently visited to get my usual twist cone when I observed not one single mask or glove in sight (on the owners who were serving the ice cream). The wife of this husband and wife duo served my husband a milkshake placing her bare hands on the straw where his mouth would go. I just feel like, whether you are a staunch believer in the dangers of the pandemic or not, you should exercise some elevation in food safety. Though I love this place, I will not...

The icecream good and price is reasonable but the owners made my icecream with their bare hands no gloves in sight and when I came back to the shop for some more napkins (since they only gave me one) the wife of the owner was eating and when I asked for some more napkins she handed me a old used wet wipe. As a small business especially one that been through the pandemic should have some hygiene procedures and have enough napkins to give people more than one.
