If I could I wouldn’t give any stars..

Very disappointed walked in with my 3 kids and husband today. we were the only ones there. I asked for a gyro and was told they didn’t have any which we were ok with ordering something else. Mind you this is an Arabic speaking family but little did they know I’m also Arab who speaks and understands it. I was very upset when the cook spoke out loud in Arabic I can “hook one up” but the female at the desk was quick to answer No in arabic. On top of it as I was walking out she made smart remarks in Arabic.

Terrible customer service for a first time impression! I don’t recommend this spot and will be passing it along to friends, family & coworkers!

Yes the place is a little bit funky (they sell for than food and buy gold jewelry).

The service I awesome. Super friendly people, very nice and welcoming. Brought food right to my table.

Portions were excellent. I ordered 4 wings and 2 catfish fillets for 10.99. I got a drink and a big meal. It was more than I could eat.

And you would think the food wouldn't be so good with how much I got..but it was delicious! They use a seasoning that is slightly sweet, salty, and has a nice little garlic to it.

5 star food - 2 star customer service. The fish and chicken was amazing. Great portions and fresh. Next is the reason for the 3 star review, the thermostat read 62° and a customer turned on the heating system from the thermostat in the dining area. When the temperature reached 68° someone from the back came out, shut the system off, and then wrongly disciplined a different customer for turning the heat on. It is critical they realize you can have the best food in the world but if the customers are not comfortable the business will...
