Worse experience ever . ASHLEE MS “GENERAL MANAGER “ gave me and my family the worse experience ever a peaceful fun day at the park with family turned into a stressful and horrible night . Me and my family decided to eat at this IMOs once we got to the IMOs their card reader wasn’t working and the manager blamed us when we just used the same card at the gas station before going to IMOs . After 3 tries even using different methods hours later !! At that . I gave up decided to go home and place the order throughout the phone for delivery and it worked thought finally everything going good then nope .! first they took almost an hour to deliver the pizza when we got the pizza the pizza was every old the same pizza from literally hours ago like who would even feed that to people the pizza was burnt nd soggy even tasted so old I called they literally just put me on hold I went up there talked to “general manager Ashlee” and she made the decision to get everything solved even harder!!!! I just wanted my pizza to be cooked freshly she blamed me for the card issues and said I was wasting food so i got what I ordered hours ago when I couldn’t even pay because THEIR CARD READER WASNT WORKING I literally just used the same card at a different store. And she tried to argue instead of good customer service and just making the pizza over a normal person would have to begin with like why would I feed my kids that and I have toddlers 🤦🏽♀️ never coming back again will be in contact...

The pizza tasted good, but the cheese slid right off every time I picked up a slice. It wasn’t cut well, I suppose. My husband’s boneless wings were good and so was the garlic cheese bread.
My biggest complaint is that the signage out front says that they close the lobby at 9PM on weekdays. Well, today is a Sunday and the lobby was closed at 8PM. When I knocked on the door, all of the employees, who I KNOW heard me knocking, acted like they didn’t see me. It took me stopping the delivery driver from leaving to get him to run in and tell them to come serve me. Then, the woman with shoulder length dark hair that came to serve us at the window had a crummy attitude and said, “Oh yeah, we lock the door at 8PM.” I suggested that they put a sign up that informed customers of such, and she just brushed me off.
