The blonde manager lady here is VERY rude & condescending. Messed up my order & I returned the burger they messed up & asked politely for them to fix it plain when I was in drive thru not 5 mins prior, got an attitude with me because I didn't have my receipt (I threw it away with straw trash before noticing the mistake they made, then drove back - not 5 minutes later!! Was 1 of 2 customers they had). I gave you the messed up burger back - what would I gain from this interaction if I was trying to scam you? I've been a loyal customer to this location for 5 years but no longer will be because that lady is just straight up NOT NICE or professional. When I said I didnt have my reciept she chuckled & snidely remarked, "OHHHKAY" as if I was lying about trashing the receipt? Extremely rude, even my 13 yo son asked me "why was she so condescending?" I asked the drive-thru attendant for the manager's name & was told I couldn't have that information LOL also their shake machine has been down for weeks & they treat their workers poorly. Please avoid this location at all cost. Long story short, I went there yesterday, waited a long time to order, paid for my order and was told to pull around to wait for my food (Big Buford Combo). The worker handed me my food and shut the window. It was only a cold burger, with no fries. I blew my horn for the worker Anthony to come back. I asked him for a refund and he refused and told me to "try" to come back tomorrow for a refund. I tried to take a picture of him since he wouldn't give me my money back, he got angry and Anthony, along with two other workers came outside and surrounded my vehicle telling me to leave without a refund. A friend or relative of one of the workers (I'm assuming it was Anthony's friend or relative because she kept calling his name) started cursing me out for no reason) This behavior is very unacceptable in a work place. I am a paying customer and should have been treated with respect especially since I was respecting the worker by speaking to him in a calm voice. I reached out to corporate, hopefully they will...

I went to this location and ordered the fry seasoned tenders combo, a big buford, a large fry, mozerella sticks, and an unsweet tea. When I got home I was excited to try the new chicken tenders. I ate one and thought that the texture was odd, but didn't think much of it. When I went to bite a second one, I noticed that the inside was completely raw. I just spent 20 minutes bent over the toilet purging my stomach.

Additionally, instead of one of my orders of fries, I got bacon cheese fries instead. Which is fine, but it is not what I ordered. It is not on the receipt.

EDIT as of August 19th: It has been 3 days and I have not heard anything back or received a refund. I have contacted the corporate website, the corporate phone number, and the manager of this store, who slammed the drive-thru window in my face when I asked for a refund and told her I would call the health department.
