Uncle Nick's Deli is in an old Subway building located right next to Denny's. I never see anyone in the parking lot and fear they aren't getting the business they need to stay open, which is unfortunate because their sandwiches are delicious! The deli is right off the highway, which would make you think it's a prime location. But it's actually a little difficult to access. I've seen the deli for a couple of years and didn't have a real interest in trying it out (only because I don't frequent delis). But then my daughter's boyfriend pointed it out the other day and said that they make the BEST italian sandwich in the world. So my husband and I went back the next day for lunch and ordered the italian and turkey bacon ranch club. You can request your sandwich be toasted (just like at Subway), which I highly recommend. When we finished lunch, we agreed that the sandwiches were better than Subway's, but not better than Penn Station's. However, you might spend a bit more if you go to Penn Station and you're supporting a small business here. I'll be back and will hopefully try their homemade potato salad.

We picked up a couple sandwiches for dinner this evening. They were really good! I had the Italian and we also got a pastrami sandwich- I’ve never tried one before. So good. The potato salad had great flavor and was a great compliment to my sandwich. We will be going back soon! The main drawback is that it sits out of the way and often looks closed. If you’ve thought about going, give them a try!

Great subs as always! Love the Cajun Turkey with a side of potato salad. Amazing how fast the drive thru is. Husband tried the pastrami sandwich and loved it. Don't be fooled by the empty parking lot and location, check the hours and head to the drive thru. You won't be disappointed, especially when you taste how soft the bread it.

Everyone always compares Subway, Quiznos, or Jimmy John’s with an occasional more regional place thrown in, but what about the local deli with the owner behind the counter actually making the sandwiches he has loved his whole life? That’s Uncle Nick’s—premium ingredients, premium service, premium taste. Providing both drive through and classic deli counter service, Uncle Nick’s is what you actually want when you are discussing which sandwich place is better—and it’s cheaper. So the next time you’re craving a classic deli sandwich—whether it is hot, cold, or BBQ—ignore the debate and go get what you’re tastebuds deserve:...

This place is amazing! Sandwiches while yes can be light on toppings as people below said, its a nice fresh sandwich that isn't too bulky and filling. The potato salad is fantastic, I highly recommend the Cajun Turkey and add bacon to it. Drive through is always super fast for 3 sandwiches and 2 sides, and the girl duo who comes to the window for orders/payments are always very nice!

It seems to me a lot of the complaints below were issues that could be easily resolved by using something modern times lack - communication. Also makes me wonder what the customer's attitude and demeanor is to begin with....
