I’ve never eaten anything like this before – the flavors were loaded, rich, and unforgettable. Every single dish was a bomb of taste and quality – fresh ingredients, great textures, and beautiful presentation. From the crispy seafood with cancha and creamy sauce to the delicious soups and noodles – everything was top tier. 🔥

I have been on the road 5 months so that includes a number of restaurants. Today I ate at the worst on the entire trip. I became of fan of Peruvian cuisine living in New Orleans so was excited to see two restaurants in Bellevue. Sorely disappointed. I had the Trio Marino and I believe all the seafood died of old age before preparation. It was served cold. I was asked heat level on scale of 1-5 where 5 is the hottest. Great food! As a Peruvian myself I had high standards which I’m glad to admit met my expectations, however the chicken was nasty, seriously no exaggerating! But the rest of the food blew me away! The service was okay, but when coming here make sure to state your order, you might find yourself waiting longer if they mess it up!
