I lived there from -11/13/2016 to 8/18/2017. Bare necessities only, no amenities save bathrooms and "laundry". Bathroom stalls closed for days at a time, dryers / washers broke often. NO management to speak of except a pre-dementia elderly woman who does little except greet and accept rent. Weeds everywhere, little grass except in "park". Not for kids. Lots of year rounders. Maintenance person out of town, so little by way of cleaning or maintenance for weeks on end. People allowed to park rv's and cars anywhere or way they want to, even if it means in your space. Had my parking area lost to some California puke who couldn't park a tricycle let alone an rv but was allowed to stay that way. STAY AT THE PARK IN GIMLET. More expensive but worth it. The park is dog-friendly, but there aren't many places to walk your dog. The RV spots are a bit tight as we were quite close to our neighbors, but I've also stayed in much smaller sites. The WIFI was excellent! The manager and her husband and very kind folk, willing to help you with anything. The bathrooms aren't anything special, they are a bit small, but they are kept pretty clean. Many of the residents appear to long-term, but no one made us feel uncomfortable and the park as a whole was very quiet. The power went out for several hours one day, but we were told this was due to an accident in town, not the fault of the park. Nightly rate is very reasonable, but note that you have to pay with...
