Coffee Corner Cafe — Restaurant in Bellevue

I visit this coffee shop often. Lately the quality of the food has taken a turn for the worse. I have had biscuits and gravy with the bottom of the biscuit burned black and hard, more than once. Today I ordered the scrambled eggs and sausage breakfast. The staff misplaced my order and after 15 minutes I got up and asked about it. When I got the meal everything was horribly overcooked. The hash browns were chared black, the sausage was like rubber and the eggs had been cooked so long no moisture was left. Very hard scrambled and tasteless. The lady serving our drinks was a sweetheart with a big smile, calm, and welcoming!! Love the atmosphere there. I've traveled a lot and have yet to meet a place that is welcoming but also not overwhelming. All until this morning when I was greeted with the most heart warming smile! Not only that, but the coffee was a 10/10, with a bunch of flavor combos already listed. I look for places that serve COFFEE, not just a sugary drink doused in syrups.
