my pizza was delivered cold and I was not given my two liter bottle of pop, I tried to explain the mess up to the delivery driver who was not from Little Cesar but from door dash and the driver could not speak English. I called the store back and asked if someone could bring my pop to me and a fresh pizza and I was told that I could come pick up a free pop and pizza today. I explained to the store manager that I am not able to come to the store which I why I asked for a delivery, the store manager stated that they dont offer delivery due to insurance reasons, I let the store manager know that the website asked to either have it delivered or pick up. I then called door dash and was put on a hold for twenty minutes until a voice recording said that I could leave a message and someone would get back to me. The whole experience is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from them again, going through door dash again, and I will not even recommend my worst enemy to deal with companies again. I am beyond frustrated with them, after paying a service fee, delivery fee, a small order fee, and a delivery tip which added up to more than the pizza and pop cost combined. The store don't open until 9am and my order was delivered at 9:19am, there wasn't even enough time to make a fresh pizza, so my only guess is I was sold a day old pizza. I am only giving it one star because there isn't an option for a lesser rating. To make things better for me I want money back and for Little Cesar's to close their doors until they can learn to appreciate...
Read moreNormally, Little Caesars is known for being good, fresh, and fast, but tonight was none of those things. What a disaster.
First off, the app was a nightmare. It took forever to load and then wouldnât even let me get past the step where I choose my nearest location. As a result, I couldn't order what I wanted ahead of time. Instead, I had to drive there just to see what was available, and I didnât have time to wait for a fresh order to be made.
Once I arrived, the disappointment continued. No pepperoni pizzas were readyâhow does a pizza place run out of pepperoni, the staple of pizzas? My only options were a Supreme, which I knew my two young daughters wouldnât touch, or a cheese pizza. I reluctantly went with the cheese, and I regret that choice even more.
The cheese pizza was completely burnt on top. Yes, I should have checked before leaving, but thatâs no excuse for serving such a poorly cooked pizza. The crust was rock-hard, clearly from sitting under a warming light for far too long. It was obvious no one cared to maintain the quality of the product.
But by far, the most disappointing aspect was the app. The multiple errors and the slow, unresponsive interface made the entire experience frustrating from start to finish. Little Caesars, youâve got to do better. This experience was truly...
Read moreThe restaurant was EXTREMELY BUSY and VERY UNDER STAFFED. The two young men that were working were extremely polite, professional and were constantly communicating with the customers in regards to order status. These men were working in an extremely hot restaurant, with horrible air flow, and a good portion of the customers were rude and bullying the employees. I actually told a few customers to back off, that these guys were working hard and they probably would have a fit if THEIR kids had been treated like that. The reason for the lower rating is because it appeared the manager or assistant manager had pulled a disappearing act, and went to the bank right in the middle of the dinner rush. If I hadn't needed the pizzas for my daughter's party, I would have hung around to speak with him. I was in the store for 35 minutes. One of the employees told me that he'd already been gone for 30, and that was right when I arrived. All the banks around here close between 1700-1800. I got there at 1730. The manager needs to have someone from district or corporate to talk to him about time management. (Also for taking side trips to run personal errands, though I have no proof, just...
