Terry's Kitchen — Restaurant in Bellevue

So inconsistent. When they get it right, it’s fantastic. But it’s a 50/50 shot that they won’t completely screw up your order (if you order for take out). Last time I ordered pick up they FORGOT 2 OUT OF 3 OF THE MEALS I ORDERED. When I asked the young girl up front if that’s was all 3 meals, she said, and I quote: “Yes, I checked.” DID YOU. DID YOU REALLY? Because I had to come all the way back and you looked pretty embarrassed when I told you you missed most of my order (her response: “i didn’t realize there were 3 meals”— meaning, YOU DIDNT IN FACT, CHECK. So you also lied to me). This time now, I got a COMPLETELY different meal than what I ordered. This is literally the 4th time receiving a completly Incorrect order- not counting the number of times I’ve caught them messing up and had them correct it. Ive kept coming back because the food is great, it really is amazing- I will give them that — but how is it possible to mess up SO...

Its been awhile since ive been here, looks like they have new cooks in the kitchen. The food is always solid, we are never disappointed. Tonight the food was real bland as I deviated from my usual T'S Combo and had the fish sandwich and the wings were not the same either. The bun on my sandwich was extremely hard and when I asked for another one she brang the bun out to me and I had to replace the old one with the new bun myself. It was somewhat busy and it what's hard to get the waitress attention as they seem too short-staffed for The Rush, but even after it slowed down it was hard to get her attention until it was time to pay the bill then she was quick to pick that up I asked her for a couple of boxes after she took the bill and it took her 10 to 15 minutes to come back with our lives in boxes. We tried this for the first time tonight and have to say we were less than impressed. My son ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. The coleslaw had no taste, the bun was super dry and the French fries were soggy and half cooked. My wife ordered the Fish and Chips. The fish was overly oily and as with my son, her fries were equally as soggy and half cooked. Lastly, I had the Salmon, Rice and Veggies. Overall the dinner seemed ok except for the rice which was overly dry.

The bad news is 15m after eating I got ill. My stomach was in knots, I felt bloated and gassy. 2 hours later and I am still recovering. This changed my rating from a 2 star to a 1.

The food really is nothing special and my son said “we would have been better off at Blazing Onion down the street. I cannot recommend this establishment in any fashion. Now I will go back to hoping this...
