Read moreHello everyone... our review (because usually we come here with two or three families the weekends but not happy to come back).... 1)The restaura is descent, I would say a family oriented and educated restaurant about the modern looking , clean, and not that type of regular restaurants with that loud ugly music and with people getting drunk and not behaving (because many of this restaurants you can not come with your family or friends to have a nice time eating because of the ambient) but this restaurant is different about that I would give them a 4 stars about that ... 2) The food is okay , I would like to say very good but is not the case because some plates that you order are okay (not really good ) for example I would say the yuca con chicharrones sometimes the meat in the chicharrones is moist (not dry) and sometimes they are bad(very dry or hard to eat)... this is just one example , we can go on and on.
THIS IS MY CON...WHAT I THINK IS BAD... First I would say that on weekends food takes forever (too long) and is frustrating especially if you have kids and I can tell you every occupied table that I have seen there is with kids...even dough if you order just pupusas they take like one hour which is way to long for a pupusas (but is the same with any other plate that you order , takes too long). Second , if the owner know that the food takes too long , why they don’t serve some chips with salsa or chips with fried beans like other low quality restaurants (at least they have that nice detail) because you can eat something by the time...
Read moreToday we went for lunch at this restaurant and we never expected to receive the worst case of customer service I've ever experienced. We order de 7 seas cream soup and we were extremely hesitant to order and we asked our server is the seafood fresh. Our server said, "no one has ever complaint." So we decided to try it. To our horror, the seafood was dry. I DON'T know how you manage to cook seafood in a soup and make taste like beefjerky. We told one of the servers, not the one that took our order first, that we were disappointed that the seafood was so dry and overcooked.
She went to tell the manager and she came back and told us that the manager, Couldn't do anything and that we could just eat the soup or we could order something else but we had to pay for it and that if we choose not to eat the soup they will charge it still!
1st of all, I wasn't asking for a refund. Just wanted to let her know we didn't enjoy the soup. We didn't think she would get offended or the manager not have the decency to come to our table and explain to us herself. The server was so condescending and rude. She made us feel like we were asking for a free meal. Which we were not! We were just telling her we didn't like the soup and we wanted to order something else, regardless if they were going to charge us for the soup. She made us feel so uncomfortable and uneasy, we were shocked. We paid and left. We will never be patrons to this establishment and we definitely advise our friends and family not to be patrons to such...
