All burritos had meat including the vegan one. Manager insists on handling all food for proof of their mistake. We insist that if she touches them we will request a new untouched box due to Covid contamination. She touches all food sees that all have meat and does not apologize and disrespectfully returns the touched contaminated food to us without correcting the vegan burrito. As a vegan, I love Taco Bell. As Covid worsens I don’t trust that workers feel entitled to touch given out food and then return it without correcting the order only to just contaminate it. Read morei have come to this locations at least 5 times, whether it be drive thru, door dash, or post mates. And majority of the time, something is missing from my bag. Today we made a trip for a generous amount of food $67 and some for our food was not in the bag. We this time did not receive our 2 bags cinnamon twists or 12 cinnamon delights, the half the tortilla were ripped at the bottom causing majority of the filling to fall out. pervious times we in have been given wrong orders, missing items such as crunch wraps & no cheese sauce with purchases. Other experiences are a ton of sour cream, little to no meat in quesadillas.
I know this is all a complaint, but I myself work fast food, and knowing what its like to get yelled at by rude customers, i would at least do the bare minimum and at least make sure all items purchased are accounted for. I was picking up an uber eats order and waited paitently for someone to say something at the drive thru. I didn't hear from anyone so I went forward to the pay window. The kitchen looked empty until I saw a guy cleaning the countertop. I thought maybe he missed me so I decided to try the drive thru again. After waiting at the window again nobody said anything to me. I then pulled up to the pay window again and honked because at this point it was about 10 minutes of me just waiting around for this guy to notice I was there. No one came to window. He was still cleaning the counter top. I also called this location twice and no one picked up.
