My mom saw on your website that you guys DO take furniture. She even talked to someone, she WAS ABLE to schedule for someone to come and pick all our furniture up, just to wait all day today and be told that you guys don’t take furniture anymore. Ontop of that you guys did NOT call her, she had to call you. This is extremely horrible business. Especially because we have to move in a couple days. I’m just appalled that you guys don’t at least update your website and instead of apologizing or offering alternatives you just tell my mom “yeah we need to update our website” no duh. Never going here again and I’ll let my friends and family know as well

I can say the staff is not friendly but some regulars are. I'm amazed at the blonde woman working the register- I read another review about the racial comments and I agree - she looks down on most people who enter the store like we're poor and undesirable. She works at a thrift store, she's going to experience a variety of people and if she can't handle it with class and decorum maybe it's time she found a job at Nordstrom- oh wait she won't last there they have excellent customer service. The person thrifting is doing it for many reasons re-sales, vintage clothes, good finds, for fun or because of need, she really shouldn't judge us as we are paying her bills by shopping there. I love this store. Staff is very friendly and they expain you what tags are on sale as soon as you walk in. Great management because they have a lot of sales and I love how everything is very well organized. The only thing i think is that the toys are a bit overpriced😏 but other than that i love this store. The lady at the register is very helpful and polite and i dont think the staff here is racist at all. One last thing today i had a bad experience because a lady kept talking on the phone in Spanish with a "Gloria" and she went on for atleast an hour it got on everybodys nerves it was just unppleasant.
