Da Vinci's Classic Subs — Restaurant in Bellingham

ABSOLUTELY DEVINE!!!! The food is worth any price!! So far I’ve had the TBA, #22 and the classic sub, #8. Both of which were phenomenal!!! No idea how this place isn’t everywhere. If it was, it would DEFINITELY put Subway and Jimmy Johns out of business! As for the service, it was great too. From the people making your food, all the way to the customers coming in who’ve been going there for 15+ years, just absolutely fantastic! If you’re looking for a good sub, no scratch that, If you’re looking for the BEST sub sandwich in town, you MUST go to Da Vinci’s!! The locals LOVE this place. More people need to go here just to try the subs!! In addition too, the people making your sandwich, both males and females, are awesome! They make your sandwich with care, they hear your request, and they make it to the best of their abilities! You can just tell that it’s a business with employees who care. They take pride into the sandwich’s they make. Lastly, they have seating outside. The tables are big and the bench chairs are huge. It makes for the perfect spot to enjoy lunch (or breakfast and dinner) with the family! Hands down, best place in town!

For the Owner If you were to increase the price even by $1, I for sure would still come back every day! You guys bring subs to a whole new level! And it is 100% worth every penny! Don't let the facade fool you, yes this is a deli located at a gas station essentially. Honestly the sandwich I had was delicious and I will definitely be back to try others. There was a vast variety of options available and it took me quite some time to settle on one and yes they make hot sandwiches as well. This truly is a hidden gem, being that this is technically a deli at a gas station market. The complete service wasn't the best. However, the folks who greeted me and made my sandwich were great, they were friendly and did a great job. Though, I seemed to get the feeling that I was disturbing and annoying the gentleman who was ringing me up. Maybe it's just the fact that he had to take orders over the phone and ring people up at the same time or maybe he was just having a bad day. Normally good food, had wrong sandwiches and order from kid who said "he didn't know what the f*" was going on. Finally got home and found we ended up with one of our sandwiches we ordered (incorrectly made), someone else's sandwich, and Philly fries that were supposed to be a sandwich. The fries were stone cold like they dropped fried before the sandwiches were even made. Was overcharged 20¢ extra on 5 drinks "conveniently" and the cashier didn't know what to do. He finally gave $1.40 from cash in the til because he wasn't trained. Was in all, a laughable experience that was unprofessional and incorrect.
