Today within the last hour i just watched a customer disrespect every employee outside, including the females, due to someone telling him his credit card is asking for a pin at the gas pump... at that very moment he became rude, intimidating, threatening to use his power because his family is apart of the state troopers. He absolutely made everybody there that witnessed and the employees very uncomfortable and was intentionally being disrespectful and letting everyone know that he will call his brother who is head and make everybody day/week w living h 3 double hockey sticks. i absolutely love this wawa but this situation today made my kids & entire family uncomfortable and unsafe. but due to today & seeing how everybody had to go through what they went through without even being apart of the situation. I watched so many employee show fear in their eyes, body movements , as well as hold back their tears due to them literally doing their job and trying to overly satisfy each customer that arrived for gas! Color, different ethnicity & people who has family or friends in higher places shouldn't matter or override a situation, especially when the person who is trying to intimidate everyone is absolutely in the wrong, but due to them having a brother in a higher place in the law enforcement they showed their true colors and threw that out left & right on why everybody should bow down to him. Again i'm sorry because my entire family loves this wawa, but i'm for what's right or wrong, with any thing and everybody. Fairness should always be the #1 priority with customers...
Read moreHas to be the worst wawa in New Jersey. Twice I have had problems at this wawa with no help from the managers. The first time I pull up to get gas and the attendant is hanging out talking to her friends in the car in front of me. She looks at me. I get out of the car because I was going inside for a drink. She looks at me again. I get my credit card out she starts walking towards me then walks to another pump on the other side where someone else just pulled up. So I pumped my own gas and went inside. Then the manager comes up to me inside the store and tells me if I ever pump my own gas again I will be banned from that wawa and the police will be notified. The second time was today Aug 6 2020. Everyday for work I order the same thing (ham and cheese with a little bit of mayo). Today my sandwich had 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of cheese. I thought it was a joke so I didn't eat it at lunch and took it back when I was finished work. I talked to the manager and she tells me thats how the sandwich is supposed to be made and there was nothing wrong with my order. I told her if that is correct throw the sandwich out and I will never return. Then I left.....

Read moreI love this Wawa I stop here everyday. I have always had a great experience here. My go to when I am rushing to work is the Bacon Cheese Dog. Most of the time it is ready. Today it was not and normally I will just grab one of my other go to items. For some reason I just really wanted one today. So I asked a worker behind the counter who was not currently making an order for someone. She was cleaning up. I asked her if there happened to be a bacon cheese dog almost ready. She checked and I was already anticipating her to say no and was about to grab my replacement Item when she said. We do not have any but if you go grab a Quarter Pound Hot Dog I will gladly make you one real quick. I was floored by this response. I truthfully did not have the time to wait but I grabbed the Hot Dog and by time I grabbed the rest of my items it was ready. As she handed it to me she said "this is going to be a really good one." It was indeed a really good one.
I am a Salesperson for a very prestigious brand of cars owned by the very best ownership group. I am reminded by this small act that the simplest of things can gain a customer for life.
The cashiers are always pleasant and the staff behind the counter are always efficient...
