As a foodie and content creator I visit many different restaurants around here the world. The food, desserts and drink choices are a 10/10 and I highly recommend. I am big on customer service as well and I am greeted upon arrival. One day I decided to order online so my order would be ready as I am In healthcare and emergencies happen suddenly. So I was a little late picking up my order and had to deal with a patient first but when I arrived I was told the bagel flavor I ordered was not in stock but if I wanted to choose another flavor which I seen blueberry , Asiago , jalapeño etc. I wanted to try cinnamon sugar but that was out as well. I asked for a refund and the owner said not for an order that was already prepared. I was confused because how is it prepared if it is not ready if it was prepared which I paid for in advance. She refused to give me a refund and had me call eat street which is the mobile order platform they use and request a refund. I reached out to eat street and they told me to speak with the merchant I explained I did and this is what she told me to do. They reached out to the store and was told I was late picking up my order. An investigation was said to be happening and would take 24-48 hours. Today makes one week no refund and I left with no food which was disappointing. I worked in the area and called to see if since I never got a refund could I get the ordered made today. The girl asked if I spoke with the owner about the situation I let her know the owner was present when it happened. I was able to get my ordered with the bagel I asked for. No extra meat like I was charged for and asked for but it still beats paying for food and never received it. The ownerâs demeanor, deliverance could have been different instead she said I could have just made the bagel with a different flavor but I waited for you to get here and you were late. My order was paid in advance so I could grab and go when I had no patients. Whether it would have been cold when I picked it up I could have reheated. The customer service from the younger girls are usually pleasant but i would not be returning. But would recommend if you are ordering in person and can see whatâs available before you pay. My bagel is always delicious though đ great drink choice and amazing mini cupcakes I love the strawberry shortcake cupcakes ! The hashbrowns are made in house thin and crispy but tasty ! 6/6/25 went to place an order after the incident and the owner knew who I was turned her head the other direction and was not welcoming at all which is unfortunate to be treated that way as a paying customer who still decided to give the business a chance but thatâs the last time I will support. And flip flops and no hair nets in the kitchen is not...
Read moreMy family and I are major fans of supporting our local small businesses. With Times Square Bagel, we get one of the best bagels in South Jersey. The bagels are the perfect size, on the outside they have a nice crunch and a soft middle. In house, they have a variety of different cream cheeses to choose from. The breakfast sandwiches, well they do not cheat on meat. They may be the only place where I have found a cranberry bagel and I enjoy it.
Another reason why I will give them my business is their devotion to giving back to the community. From the time they spend with the Bellmawr cheer association to donating back to local animal shelters. Not only are they great business owners, but they are...
Read moreThe older caucasian blonde lady(guessing management or owner) was in the kitchen with her hair down making food. Come on, thatâs kitchen basics. I shouldnât have to be telling someone to be hygienic with my food; especially if your management or owner. She was on the phone, hair down, scratching her nose. I kindly ask that she not make my food cause she was not hygienic or prepared to be in the kitchen. She ignored me the first time and then stepped away. However She kept making other people orders. The young cashier girl looked so uncomfortable, being that her management was acting up.
Girl, get out the kitchen. Take the Food Serv Safe course, because you have some...
