Dunkin' — Restaurant in Belmont

I come here every day and there is almost always a long drive thru line...I assume because they are understaffed. I usually have pleasant people at the window but one bad experience can ruin it all. I waited thirty minutes at the drive thru and decided to go inside instead. I saw my drink was ready so I grabbed it. The girl working there gave me the worst look so I said "oh, I wasin the drive thru line but came inside to just grab it. You guys look pretty busy"... to make conversation. With the most amount of sarcasm she could muster she said "oh really?! I had no idea we were busy. Thank you SO much for letting me know that it's busy. Straws are that way. "

There was no need to be so nasty. Guess I'll never go back to...

Everytime I visit this location I am pleased with the food and service. Today I was there with my daughter picking up a dozen donuts and 2 frozen hot choc. I witnessed the manager in action. She is amazing. She handles and resolves things that come up with speed, grace, and kindness to the customers. I witnessed her employees asking for her help and again she handled their questions helpfully, kindly, with guidance, and patience. I meant to grab her name and I hope this makes it to her. She had a bun in her and was there around 1230p today. Thank you to her for running a great team! Thank you to the others for also working hard to manage the extra load today with how busy it...

The chick that must be the manager or at-least acts like it. Flipped out on me for watching her make a coffee last time I was there because the taps are right next to the waiting area. I chalked it up as a bad day. Went back a little earlier when it wasn’t so busy this time to her swearing and flipping out another customer and this seeet woman referred to as “mama” in her tag and yelling about the walk in cooler being set to cold. I’d rather go to Walmart, buy a coffee machine, grow my own coffee beans and grind them before I’ll buy another...
