I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Rock Bar and Grill in Beloit, WI, and I can't stop raving about the experience! From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

Bad food everyone at our table had something to complain about beside one. Seems that the chicken is the way to go there. The waitress was very forgetful had to remind her 3 times for silverware and napkins. which is super annoying for both sides. I hate asking as much as you hate saying ill bring them right out.. oMy wife and I had to share our napkin half the meal. Curds and onion rings were over cooked. The burger pattie looked like it came out of a box and it tasted like a shoe. And all the extra costs for different toppings was petty. A dollar for cheese really? This is wisconsin. The cheese state! Cheese on a burger should be standard. Like a heater in a car. And what is up with not letting people eat in the grass on the picnic tables? Let's sit under an awning when the sun is shining. theyre reason was that the wait staff doesn't go out there.. why?? There was numerous picnics tables open and your telling people its a 25 min wait?? Do you not like money do they have shock collars on or what? Why even have all that space then if youre not gonna use it.. Giving you two stars for the drinks and atmosphere even tho you were out of summer shandy and the waitress didn't know until she came back to our table so I just ordered a water after that. Again that money thing.. We won't be eating here again drinks yes but I guess we'll have to order them ourselves from the bar to be able to sit...

We got there with 13 people , an we were outside by music it was to loud so we asked to go inside we were placed inside, waiter took our drink orders . Came back with drink started handing them out when she got to me an my son drops a whole tray of waters an it spills all over me an my son overly annoyed no employee tried to help no manager came out to apologize nothing. We still tried to enjoy our night we were with family from out of town . We started getting our orders in they started to come out about 15-20 mins later brought a order we did not order for the kids an it had hair in it ,sent it back our original orders started coming out my dad takes a bite of his food pulls out a hair from his mouth after he took a bite from his burger , made my aunt sick he spit out his food was very upset , I’m eating my samon an there looked like pubic hair or beard hair in the spinach we decided we were just got to leave at that point everyone stopped eating cause everyone felt sick . Asked speak to manager an only took the food off that had hair in it when everyone barley ate there food still charged use 200 plus 50$ tip because it was 13 people but horrible service will not recommend an will not be coming back or eating there food ever again an wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go there horrible...
