First time going to this Burger King and I won't be going there again. I received the wrong sandwiches. I called the store and was told by an employee that I was wrong. Called the corporate number and was told they are sorry but with no resolution. Called the store back, asked for a manager, and manager agreed I received the wrong sandwiches. She told me she would make it right and to come back. Drove all the way back and waited in line again. An employee tried to impersonate the manager, I had to ask several times if she was the manager I spoke with, she wasn't. The manager came to the window and she complained I had called corporate and that her managers were calling. Then she insisted that it was the right sandwich and she couldn't replace the sandwiches because I hadn't brought them back because that's what HER manager told her. She never told me I had to bring the sandwiches back and neither did corporate, but I had brought one just to show her what I had gotten. She only replaced one sandwich. Let's be serious, I purchased 2 MEALS and had to drive back for your mistake. Now I'm on my way to Arby's. Thank you Amanda and Burger King management for making me waste my time , money, and my gas. PS This store does not give receipts because they do not have a receipt machine. I think it's so you have no recourse when mistakes are made. It was around like two o'clock two thirty and I pulled up to the drive through I asked them about the family bundle, and the lady said through the drive through Mike, what about it? I said, do you guys still make the family bundle? She said, yeah, i said, okay, can I get one? If you have a coupon, I said what I said you have to have a coupon to get the family bundle and she said, yeah, you do or we don't make it. I thought that was so rude. Also a person like that with a personality like that should not be working in an establishment. Like a burger king unless burger king wants their food to be sold with nothing but bitterness and rudeness which makes their food taste nasty as well as employee service, awful i'm just saying I think that burger King is a top place to eat at that. Read moreI came in today and purposely placed a special order. I wanted a Whopper with no pickles and which should mean that a new burger should be placed on the grill. NOT a cold burger picked over and someone removing the pickles from an already cooked burger, which they did. Then I placed an order for fries with no salt. Perhaps the fries had very little salt but they had been cooked at least an hour prior because they had been nuked so within 90 seconds of me receiving them they were cold. Fresh fries stay warmer much longer. This was a Whopper meal which cost me almost $8.00. I don't eat out often so when I do it's a treat. I choose wisely and I wanted just that, A Treat. I will never go back there again. They were not busy at 1:45 in the afternoon so it's not like it was even a hardship for them to have to drop a fresh order.. This isn't Rocket Science Kids.
