Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in Belpre

My wife and I have been ordering from them for quite a while now I'm going to say over a year or so now. We have had really good service with them and all until our last order and every item in our order was done wrong. My wife called and complained, which is something we very seldom do we all know mistakes happen, but they did reimburseour order money along with an attitude. So this evening I gave them a call to a young gentleman that asked if I could hold a minute to which I said I could do, he literally laid the phone down and went back to chatting with co-workers about several things we don't need to discuss. After 15 minutes waiting for him to return to the phone I ended up texting my wife and tod her to head back to Waterford to Jukebox I was done with this. When the young man returned to the phone I told him I had a significant order for but after waiting 15 minutes for him I would take my business elsewhere and to never mind. It a shame a good place to eat that has been a regular place to order from has now become a place I will probably never eat at again at least not in Belpre, Oh. Sorry but not enough people take their jobs seriously enough...

Had the pleasure of eating at this place at a fair in Aiken SC. Not only was the food delicious but the pricing was not Price gouged compared to all the other vendors at the fair. Customer service I would rate at 100 if I could. Definitely recommend it and look forward to eating in at one of their locations at a later date. There was a young gentleman and an older gentleman I wish I would’ve gotten their names the young man allowed me to take a picture of his shirt so I would remember to make this post. both gentlemen went out of their way to help us and when I complimented them on their prices the older gentleman there said he wasn’t going to raise his prices just to make money that he enjoyed what he does, loves working with the public and that he don’t want to rip anyone off. You just don’t see that anymore so Way to go Giovanni’s!! You definitely won over us...

The place was fairly clean and the dishes were clean, thankfully. But I had to continuously ask wait staff for refills. I was pretty amazed that a pizza place didn't have any parmesan cheese available but so be it. The biggest downfall was there was only 3 different kinds of pizza during the evening buffet. I remember going there as a child with my parents and they'd have several different types of pizza. Tonight, my options were cheese, pepperoni, or green pepper and pepperoni pizza. My waiter wasn't the happiest of folks but he did have an answer for all of my questions when asked. He seemed to disappear a quarter of my 45 minute stay, though. The pasta options were delicious. And the mediocre options of pizza were tasty as well. I guess it wasn't a terrible meal out but if id known now what I knew then, id have not wasted...
