I went here when they first opened, hoping to find a place close that wasn't on "fast-food row" by Ingles. It is less than a mile from where I live and possibly a great place nearby for breakfast or a quick lunch. We used the drive through when we went and still looked a little under construction or being upgraded. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich and was asked if I wanted cheese and I asked if they had cheddar and they said yes. My wife got the Patty Melt. The lady/girl who greeted us was very polite and offered a togo menu while we waited. It was very quick getting the food which is usually a red flag that they've been cooking extra earlier in the shift. Again I live less than a mile from here and we got our food and went home. The food was lukewarm at best, and it was American cheese not Cheddar. If you don't have Cheddar just say so. I would've been fine if they didn't have cheddar, just let the customer know. The two stars is for how exceptionally nice everyone was and how close to where I live. I have not been back again. Prices were fair, but luke warm food just isn't acceptable. Reading the other reviews I'll probably give them another shot because I would like to support local business. I'm afraid most of the five star reviews are friends and family, or very forgiving of subpar unseasoned...
Read moreThe fired chicken sandwich was very delicious by far in comparison of popeyes and Chick-fil-A but the only thing is the chicken was dry like for real the breading was perfect but the actual chicken was so dry i had to smother it down with sauce to get it down. Now thats being said the hotdogs was pretty good the chili was the deal breaker just bland the actual weenie was wonderful along with the bread. Now last thing the hamburger was Aesthetically pleasing but the buger was just a hamburger no real seasonings in it and last the fries and tea. The fries was along with the chili plane and boring. Now the soupsed sweet tea is needing something preferably some suger in it. Now like all that being said this place has a few potentials and its just a diamond in the rough i watched then fix up the little shop and i feel there is room for improvement and room to grow keep up the wonderful work and ill be back along some time...
Read moreThe chicken biscuit was delicious with a flaky biscuit that didn't fall apart and crispy chicken had great flavor that wasn't too salty like it is at many chicken places. The drive thru was fast and the customer service was great. I was happy to see everyone wearing masks inside and not just at the window. And, while you won't find a lavender latte here, the coffee was hot, fresh and with good flavor. I could see locals going daily since a chicken biscuit, tater tots, and coffee were less than $5!
Just an update to say I tried the chicken sandwich today and WOW! This sandwich was seasoned just right and was not sodium laden like you find at chain...
