I keep coming back here because it is close but I guess it's time to try somewhere else. I ordered a large Hawaiian and jalapenos with red pepper flakes and parmesan. I was handed a Hawaiian without jalapenos or the sides I requested. Then it got worse. The young lady at the window moved out of sight by the soda cooler and was talking with someone. People went to answer the phone and I'm still sitting with my wrong pizza. I apologized (why?) And asked for a manger. All I needed to make this right was a side of jalapenos and toppers which I stated early in that I would be fine paying for it I was told there was no manager. She was rude taking the order, stated it takes 45 minutes for the pizzas to be ready, when I called back to verify, I was then told it only takes 20 minutes ( When I arrived, everyone had a cell phone in hand and thumbs typing at lighting speed). Ok so we just moved to Belton a few weeks ago. We've been trying every little place in the area because we like to eat good food. We tried this place the 1st time and was quite impressed. So we ordered again the other night. Picked up our food, got home and opened this. The large pizza had no sauce and no cheese and I added my own, but the small cheese pizza for my granddaughter was nothing except crust. We called several times and was put on hold every time.
