Arby's — Restaurant in Bennington Township

I am a manager of customer service myself,Tonight I witnessed the worst case of management I have ever seen.I ordered 2 combo meals which totaled approximately $19.00.After I ordered I remembered that I forgot to say no red sauce on one sandwich.(which was my own fault) I then asked if I could order a new sandwich and pay for it.(which I did).When my sandwiches were made there was only 2 of 3 sandwiches that I ordered in the bag, which I paid for.I was told it would be a couple minutes till my poppers were done. Note that I was the only one in the store and no one at the drive through.5 people playing around and not providing customer service,(In which they get paid for).once I recieved my bag,I asked about my other sandwich that I paid for that I forgot to tell them no red sauce on.They said you still want it.(well yesI want it,I already paid for it) They looked dumb founded.Finally got my bag and proceeded home, Got home no fries!! So I take my bag back at this point to get a refund.In which by the time I get to restaurant and get my fries,It would be all cold.Too much money for cold food.The manager TAMI told me that she would only refund my first transaction. TAMI told me that I requested the separate sandwich and she would not refund that transaction. I also requested fries and did not receive them!! OH this must be my fault too!!The point here is that I owned my mistake as a customer,But the manager TAMI would not own their mistake.This is a manager problem!! So now I have paid for a sandwich and was never refunded for it or recieved it back. I normally spend around $120 a week at this location for my family.I will never visit this location again.And I will be contacting...

Omg...I will drive an hour just to eat a deluxe fish sandwich on a Hawaiian bun. I was driving back home from Columbus. I was hungry and tired. I pulled over to this pilot truck stop. I parked and rested. I saw Arby's attached to the gas station and they had a drive-thru. I got in line and noticed they had a fish sandwich. I had a fish sandwich from the Akron location in Walhaven. It was OK. I bought the deluxe fish sandwich on a Hawaiian bun. The lady said it will be a few minutes because they had to cook the fish. I said ok. When I got that sandwich and opened the wrapper to eat it, I was literally in heaven. The sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious 😋. The fish filet was a nice size. It was bigger than the regular fish sandwich. The sandwich had a signature tartar sauce, fresh shredded lettuce, fresh tomatoes and it was freshly made. I didn't get the cheese. When I was done I got back in line and ordered another deluxe fish sandwich. The second sandwich was made fresh too! That is my new sandwich. The lady at the window had excellent customer service seeing that it was 3am. I told my sister about it. I told her I will drive to Marengo, Ohio so she can try their deluxe fish sandwich on a Hawaiian bun. I...

While traveling through the area, we stopped to get a bite to eat, we walked in the manager seen us he went over to a young lady and told her to come take the order, she sat and argued with another person that it was their turn to take the order...REALLY were we such an inconvenience to your standing around doing nothing? I worked fast food for 4 years and started at crew worked up to assistant manager, we never ever treated a guest that way. If you see the customer walk up you greeted them!! No one else around you took the order no bickering about whose turn it was, collecting money get the person who was assigned to the register or the manager to do that cool! We felt very unwelcomed and the young lady whom did come to the counter is smacking/chewing gum online in a food establishment WOW-- nonprofessional to say the least and the manager did nothing at all, then came around the corner and asked if we had been helped while he witnessed this whole scene. My significant other refused to order but would not tell me why til after I ordered as we had been on the road 8+ hours and I needed to eat since I am diabetic.
