Ohio Pizza and Prime is a great addition to Marengo. Being new to the area they are still working out some kinks. They also offer delivery which is great because it is basically non existent here. We have tried Ohio Pizzas food twice. First time we ordered I670 pizza and some wings and had it delivered. It came hot and fresh and was delicious. Second time was just last week and I ordered on line for pick up at 5:30 on Friday. Again Pizza, wings and this time added cheesey fries. I arrived at 5:35, checked in with the host and waited with the other 6 people in line. At 5:55ish food runners came out with a bunch of orders and 4 people left with their orders. At 6:00 a food runner came out with the persons food waiting next to me (5:45 pick up). Long story short, my food came out after that and from the feeling of the pizza box I could tell the pizza was cold. I turned the seat warmer on in the car to try to warm it up on the way home (5 minutes). I got home and everything was cold- all the cheese on the fries and pizza were dried up. So my order was ready when I got there but somehow got over looked and sat in the kitchen for at least 30 minutes. I was so disappointed. One because I was tired after a long day and was ready to get home and I should have said please remake this or just asked for a refund, But the thought of sitting in my car and waiting at least 30 more minutes or ordering from somewhere else and waiting an hour or more sounded exhausting. And two, I was disappointed that the employees knew it was cold and that it sat in the kitchen getting old and didn’t own up to their mistake and offer to make me new food. So we will give it some more time and maybe try their food again and hopefully then Ohio Pizza and Prime In Marengo will be running like a well...

Rating: 1/5
We visited OH Pizza in Moreno, Ohio, expecting a pleasant dining experience for our 84 year old grandmas birthday. Unfortunately, it was a disaster.
Long Wait Times:
Waited 15 minutes for a table (acceptable) Waited 37 minutes for our server to take drink orders (unacceptable) so we ordered food at this time Told it would take 1 hour 30 minutes for a pizza (ordered anyway) Pizza arrived in 38 minutes (surprisingly quick) but ended up cold by then time we could eat it with other meals.
Food Issues:
Kids' chicken tenders and fries took an additional 15 minutes past the pizza arrival which was first to the table 10 chicken wings arrived 15 minutes after the pizza 2 burgers and a steak took an astonishing 1 hour 39 minutes Ordered steak medium-rare, received medium One burger cooked correctly, the other was a well-done "hockey puck" that would make Wayne Gretzky proud.
Poor Service:
Would like to give a shout out to our Server for being polite and trying but as he was managing 15 tables, visibly frazzled he Failed to introduce himself Offered 50% off pizza (insulting, considering only kids' meal and one burger were cooked correctly)
Conclusion:
While our server tried his best, the overall experience was disappointing. Long wait times, inconsistent food quality, and subpar service make it difficult to recommend OH Pizza. Management needs to address these issues to improve customer satisfaction.
Recommendation: Improve staffing, streamline ordering process, and enhance quality control.

Read moreMy husband and I just moved into the area and decided to take try this place out. To say I was disappointed is an understatement… I waited for over an hour on a pick up order. I was told at the time of ordering 40 minutes. Turned up there 40 minutes later, only to be waiting in the Lobby for another 15 minutes… then told that they had new kitchen staff and the person frying was behind, and would be another 15-20 minutes. I ordered one medium pizza, a burger and wings.. to be fair the restaurant was slammed. Regardless I received a cold pizza, because the pizza had been sitting out for 30 minutes before the rest of our food was done. The manager came out and apologised for the wait, never offered compensation etc. by the time I got home (less than 10 minutes.. I realised when I picked up the pizza box that it was literally stone cold. I had to put it in the oven to reheat it.
I generally don’t complain because I know how hospitality can be.. however I felt it was appropriate to call and let them know the pizza was cold, even the burger was below average.. no flavour, was Luke warm at best…
I was offered a refund or a credit. I opted for a refund because first impressions meant I didn’t think I’d be back.. refund was never received. Sooo. I’m going to say my first impression still stands. Sorry guys. Pretty disappointed. Restaurants are limited out this way. So I was really hoping this would become our “local”… but given all this, I won’t be back.
We all have bad days, and we all have busy days but this was far beyond that....
