We stopped at this location after a long day of driving and we saw their drive thru was closed. No problem! We usually order from the app anyway and there was a sign on the door that said “Come on in! Dining room is open!” So we ordered from the app and went it through the gas station to pick up our order from the dining room. The dining room was closed off (we assumed from some lingering Covid regulations), but we could see some workers in the back, we assumed making our food. So, we sat there and waited. One of the workers came out into the dining room to grab something, made eye contact with us as we were waiting for our food, then returned to the back. We waited for about 20 minutes with no sight of our order. We tried getting the workers’ attention to ask what was going on, but they couldn’t hear us. We then tried to call the phone number for this location a few times and no one answered, despite employees being there. We waiting another 10 minutes when we finally got one of the worker’s attention and she told us that they were closed due to being short staffed and they couldn’t make our food. We waited 30 minutes for food that we never got. There wasn’t any true indication that this location was closed and the app said the location was open. I’m sure this goes beyond the location itself, but if it’s closed, the app should reflect that and not...
Read moreI myself have always been a fan of tacobell. I work late and its usually always open. However i have not had the worst service in my life until visiting this taco bell location. My bestfriend does not eat meat and they offer options on there website where you can switch out and remove ingredients to make your food. She ordered a water and a nachos with everything beside meat and beans on it and i ordered 2 plain tacos. We got to the window the women did not tell us the price of our food but took my card anyway. I continued asking how much it cost and she would not tell me. As soon as we got out food we knew something was wrong. We had no nachos nor drinks and only had 1 chaulpula in the bag. We went inside and told the women who gave us our good she gave us the wrong thing. Well she takes the bag back and 10 minutes later comes out with our food. We took it and get in the car. Me and my bestfriend sit in the car while talking she takes a bite of her food and immediate something is wrong. They put beef in her meal when she does not eat beef or meat products in general. My friend later got sick and threw up because of this food that they served her. We will never visit this taco bell again. The service was terrible, they messed up our order 2 times, the women behind the counter wad extremely rude, and lastly we wasted our time and money. DO NOT GO TO...
Read moreI’ve stopped at this Taco Bell many times on my way into and out of Columbus. I keep going because there’s literally nothing else around. The last two times I went I pulled up to the drive thru and no one acknowledged that I was there. I waited for quite a while, even saying “hello” once or twice just to see if maybe the notification that a car pulled up wasn’t working. No one said anything. Even if you just say “welcome to Taco Bell, give me just a minute to get your order”. There were two other vehicles in front of me this time so I know it was working. I left the first time this happened, the second time my kids needed to use the restroom so I pulled up and went inside. When we were done I went over to order and there’s no one there to take your order either. Just the order machines. There were a few people in line to order so I just thought screw it I’ll wait until I get closer to home. When I went and got back in the car with my kids I noticed that the same two vehicles were still in the drive thru! I understand there might be a staffing issue but given they don’t even have to take orders anymore inside, they should be able to crank out food pretty quickly. I’ve gotten to the point now where I think I’ve given up and will just wait until I get home. They need to fire everyone and start...
