Volpe Water Ice and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

I am upset because I’ve heard great things about this place but the service was horrible. I went there one day to try their water ice. The lady at the counter looked behind me to serve lady standing right behind me like I wasn’t even there. And we were in line and I arrived 1st. I don’t know if me or my money were welcomed. That was very upsetting to me and I had just left. I don’t like scenes or commotion. But I very much dislike disrespect as a whole. This was a very unpleasant experience for me and I truly wished that customer service was better and that they gave their customers better recognition. But even in these days we still deal with things that shouldn’t even be a thing. Very disappointing and don’t think I want to revisit this place again. Great...

So me and my family went there for the first time on September 6, 2025 620 great ice cream horror service I went to look for a restroom and there wasn’t any so I had to go my apologies there wasn’t no Porta potty or any restrooms around. I was being very polite, but the owner or whoever was managing the place was very rude to me and my family. I drive by here everyday, and I finally made the decision to stop and try it out. The staff is very pleasant, and welcoming. There's parking space, so you can actually grab a treat and head over to the tables, have a seat and enjoy. I got the waffle with the scoops of icecream and some whipped cream (he gave me a convincing look to get it) and it was delicious!
