To start, it's in a nice area. Close to a Wal Mart.

Spacious. Though I figured since it was near a University that there would be a younger crowd. I came in around noon and it looked like a senior citizen bingo hall. Maybe the younger folk come in later -- I didn't stick around to find out.

I got the "hot clucker and stack sauce" 10 wing basket. I believe it's advertised at $15 , but mysteriously turned up at $15.50 on the bill. Then mysteriously charged .46 for "stack sauce" (upcharge not mentioned anywhere or by anyone). Also mysteriously charged .75 for blue cheese, again, upcharge not mentioned anywhere or by anyone. Btw, the sauce is not hot... at all.

Did not know there was an either upcharge for credit card usage or a discount for using cash. None of this was mentioned or I would have gotten cash ahead of time.

Then when you use the electronic system to pay with card, your minimum option is %20 tip and only goes higher from there. Oh and the bartender sits there and watches you choose your option. I typically give %20 anyway, but the fact that you aren't allowed to choose a more suitable option for you, makes this place look bad.

This place has a relatively nice atmosphere in a nice area, but it's non-transparent on their pricing which makes them shady in my book.

Probably will not visit again unless a particular occasion pushes me there. But I know what my bill will look...

If I could leave 0 stars for service I absolutely would. I CANNOT believe how I was talked to by our server.

Upon arrival. The server asked "just you two?" I said "no the other two just went to the restroom" She said "so just you two" I looked at her very confused and specified "4 people tonight" I was so livid. She spoke so rudely to me. She even spoke extremely condescending to my daughter. When we left, I asked my daughter how it was. She said "the food was good, but the server was mean to me. I told her I wanted fries with my burger and she said 'yup that's what it comes with'".

THE WORST SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM A SERVER EVER

The food tasted good. I got wings and potato wedges. My wings were slightly dry...but honestly it was great otherwise. I'm also surprised we even made it to the food. My husband and I looked at each other after receiving our drinks and debated just walking out. That's how bad it was.

I was so uncomfortable eating my dinner, afraid that the server was going to come back and have yet another terrible...

We went with a large group, so I'm not going to beat up this place up too much. The service was really good for the size of our group, but my hot beef had almost no beef on it. The presentation was great, so I'm guessing the kitchen was running low or out of the beef needed for the orders. The atmosphere was pretty boring and relied on TVs on every wall. While normally I would satisfied by that, I appreciate bars with personality.

Often when you look at a restaurant's menu, you can tell what a place does well. The old rule of thumb is that the larger the menu, the worse the food is. I'm not saying the food is bad, but the food quality could probably improve if they didn't have so...
