I went here for the first time this morning because It's super close to my work & I always see a bunch of cars there in the morning so I thought it would be super good...Well this was the most disappointing experience I've ever had at a coffee shop ever. First off the drive thru was 7 cars long on both sides but I knew it was a drive thru coffee shop so I thought they would be super fast at making the drinks, but NO I waited over 15 minutes for ONE drink-making me late to work but I guess that was my fault for stopping before work but anyways then I'm waiting in line and a very friendly worker comes up to my window to take my order (which was convenient) I asked her what the largest iced latte size cup was- if it was 16 oz or 20oz, and she had no clue. She said she thinks it is 20oz without ice so I got the large size. Well when I got up to the window I as handed a drink that was OVER 24oz- it was huge! And definitely not what I wanted. The drink I got was an iced caramel latte and it was DISGUSTING! I didn't taste the caramel or the espresso In it and it was just so gross I threw the whole thing out so that was a waste of money. And on top of it they filled the drink so full that there was coffee on the top of the lid around the rim and IT SPILLED ALL OVER ME!!!!!! This was just awful I am so upset and will never been going back..... Plus side is that the people are very friendly but I was so upset that I was going to be late for work that I might have not been the friendliest person to them so I apologize for that. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI arrived at Subaru yesterday at about 6:50 AM and ordered a sweet and salty coffee with a lemon poppyseed muffin. The employee seemed pretty occupied conversation with one another regarding sending another employee home early to go sleep. Iām handed my coffee and I leave straight to work for my 12 hour shift in five minutes after I leave I realize I never got my muffin. No big deal but there goes my breakfast. I tried calling immediately since I donāt have time to turn around, but there is no phone number to call directly to that store. I returned this morning wanting to ask about a muffin and if thereās a way for a compensation either getting a new muffin or refunding me the money since entitled I spent over $10 for my medium drink a muffin and tips them. However, I was informed that thereās nothing they can do about it. That was honestly really frustrating especially since I work such long hours and just wanted the muffin I payed for. Iām sure this couldāve easily been resolved if I was able to get a hold of the store as soon as I left however that makes it a lot more difficult when you canāt call the store directly resulting in me having to wait until the following morning. Unfortunately, this put a bad taste in my mouth with seven brew And Iām not sure I feel comfortable going back. I ended up leaving this morning and just going to Starbucks after that experience. I love seven brew. Iāve always been a huge fan, but There needs to be a better way of getting a hold of your team if an order...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was the second time Iāve had a bad experience at this location, so I felt the need to share. The first time, a boy came to my window and started taking my order with the tablet, then the last drink I ordered had some specifications (half blondie half cinnamon roll extra sweet), and right about that time, the line moved up so I could go to the window. Wouldāve been fine, but he walked to the window and handed the woman the tablet and said āIām too lazy to put in the last drink she orderedā, so I had to repeat it to her. I felt like my drink order was an inconvenience to him.
This morning, I went to the same location. I was wanting to try something new, I asked the guy āwhatās a good coffee drink I could try?ā, his response āidk, a blondie? I donāt knowā. Iāve asked for help before, and theyāve been happy to help me find something I may like and give me suggestions based on the flavors I like. So this was just very rude. When 7brew locations are known for having such high energy friendly staff, it sets expectations and when theyāre not met, it stands out even more. I love 7 brew, but I wonāt go back to this...
