I was having some neck pain and reached out per the great reviews and they got me in pretty quick, that is about the only good thing I can say. Upon arriving I waited for well over 5 mins before anyone appeared... when she did, was very short, asked me no questions, filled out no paperwork, and instructed to lay down. The massage started ok, but quickly went downhill. During the first half of massage I was told my skin was too dry (its winter, clearly aware of this) and then she walked away for a couple of minutes and came back and was texting! I was in such shock I didn’t say anything, the massage at this point was pretty much being rubbed, not anything relaxing or therapeutic at all. She asks me to flip over, covers me with a scratchy towel and gets up on table and is using her feet. Now normally I’d be all for this, but I had a ZERO idea this was part of the package. She then proceeds to walk on my back, again, I was just in shock. She gets off of table, I hear a door open, whispers and without any communication a new set of hands goes to work on me. Now quite frankly I am so confused because this person (whom I have no idea if is a woman or a man) I just lay there hoping it’s over soon. It ends up being a she, whom I fully believe, has I had a proper consult prior to the massage and had she done it all, probably would have been a much better experience.

So, to conclude, if you give this place a shot, make sure the more mature woman is the one working on you, and that you are able to clearly communicate why you are there. I left feeling like I had to have been on some sort of reality joke tv show, and in more pain than...

Genuinely the best massage you can get around here. I get massages very regularly and generally they feel good while they're happening but that's it. That is not the case here. This isn't a place where you lay down and they just rub you for an hour. They are actively stretching you and moving your body and getting places you didn't even know were sore while massaging you. I have gotten several here and each time I walk away with my body feeling looser and more relaxed than any other massage I have ever gotten. My joints feel like they're 10 years younger, and it lasts for days and even longer when I keep stretching every day afterward. I also injured my hip a while back and made an appointment here after it didn't get better for two weeks. For those two weeks I couldn't lift my foot more than 6 inches off the ground without intense pain. Mary worked on me for two hours and I went from that to touching my knee into my chest with no pain. She is the closest thing to a miracle worker I have ever found, and I don't say that lightly.
