AR Tillery’s Barbecue — Restaurant in Bentonville

I happened upon these guys while having beers at the Natural State Brewery in Rogers.

A guy from AR Tillery was passing around samples and I was pleasantly surprised. So much so, when we were leaving I stopped at their trailer just outside the Brewery and got take home dinner.

Had this guy not come through the Brewery with samples, I'd likely never tried it - excellent marketing, excellent food.

My only suggestion would be, if possible, is to have menu cards on all the tables at Natural State letting customers know there are food options.

Otherwise, many do what we do and just walk into the Brewery with no idea of food is an option - a missing link for...

Had a great sandwich (tri tips), Mac and cheese, and beans. Tri Tip was great, good smoke flavor and a little fat to keep it nice. The Mac and cheese is the best I’ve had in all of NWA. Had some of the rub and pepper mixed in to flavor it and the beans were just as good. Nice chunks of bacon along with a little bit of pepper and onion for a nice bit of heat and tang.

Service was very fast ~2-3min and was very approachable had a great talk with the guys there. Nice folks.

Definitely the best BBQ I’ve had out of a food truck! The tri tip was phenomenal and had a great flavor. The sides really stole the show though, the Mac and cheese is some of the best I’ve ever had and the baked beans were smoky and delicious. Banana pudding didn’t disappoint either....
