All I have to say is customer connection is top priority in the customer service industry. Why are you working in such a public job where you're going to socialize with people back to back if you're a snot! Claudia and Chad....you guys were both rude. I'm a partner and I get Starbucks cant be easy at times to work for BUT it gives you no reason to go out of your way to be hateful. The drinks didn't end properly which I had asked for the sprinkles that go on top of the drink and Claudia had huffed and puffed so annoyed I even asked. When she was done with her little piddly half shake on each she rolled her eyes and said "was there anything else!?" In which I had said yes I'm just waiting on my coffee to be ground. The girl at the front was so sweet and respectful I want to say her name was kaylan. I had called the store to get Claudia's name since she wasn't wearing her name tag and Chad had answered. (I think that was his name is) anyways he was refusing to give me her name I wasn't rude or disrespectful at all to either of them. I had told him I wanted to leave a review and that's when he finally gave it.

Read moreI love my local Starbucks, they know my name, order, so happy to help. However on this day, I went to a different store and I attempted to order a specific drink through the drive through, the man taking the order kept trying to change my order. I tried explaining why I order this way, less carbs, calories, acidity, etc. He would not change the order, cut me off and told me to go to the window, therefore my husband doesn't get to order. When I got to the window, same thing, with refusing to make the drink I want. He hands me the incorrectly made drink and shuts the drive through window. Didn't get the guys name, but Mr Bearded grumpy man, your job is customer service, you are not doing it right when you refuse to make the drink a customer orders and treat people so rudely. You might want to seek a different career. Needless to say drink was too acidic, tart, had to be thrown out. Will never go to this store again. Owner/Manager... Read moreI just came through the drive through, and my drink is incorrect, which is not that big of a deal. I come inside to have them correct my drink, not knowing all the details of how a drink is made, and the girl huffs and puffs to remake my drink. Then frustratedly puts it down on the pass out bar. Three customers are in here, she isn't even busy, nor kind.
I had a stressed day and week and a busy mom and I understand I don't know her day, but I just want to say, how frustrated I feel because she treated me like I was wrong for even saying anything. This is not Starbucks way.
