I'm done with Walgreens and specifically this one. I've always had horrible customer service with people who would just pass me over to the next person because they couldn't answer my question only to return to the original person I spoke with.
Today, on top of everything else I was unable to get my medication that I have been off of for 3 weeks because they cant log my information right in their system. This time they didn't have my prescription approval on file even thought they had just offered it to me when I questioned them about the price (they had been charging me without using insuramce, even though they said they bad been). I didnt believe it because they couldn't even have processed my request without it. My original pre-approval from my doctor was for 3 months. I had no issues getting my medication from them for the first 2 with it and now all of the sudden they "cant find it". But they will gladly/freely give me the medication if I just pay without insurance?!?! I even called my doctors office and they confirmed the pre approval had been sent and the dates I had mentioned were correct.
But that's NOT the worst part. I went again to pick up my medication (a controlled D-amphetamine)and they gave me the wrong prescription for it! I have family members who have died from heart issues and I am highly sensitive to this medication. Last time I had a different dosage I had heart palpitations and felt like I had trouble breathing. So the fact they just carelessly gave me the wrong prescription for a controlled substance is horrific!

Read moreThe most unprofessional, rude, and inefficient pharmacy I have visited. They are always "running a little behind." They have taken out their frustrations on me on multiple occasions. Once, they had marked my prescription as being ready and it wasn't even ready until the next day. Another time, I used the online pay feature for 2 prescriptions and only received one (after waiting 45 minutes). When I went to get the prescription they forgot to give me the next day, they claimed the code I used previously didn't work (then why did they give me the other prescription in the first place?) and then the staff member had to argue against the manager (in front of me) to let them just try the code I used. Then, the manager said my code had already been redeemed for a purchase (yes, because I used it the day prior to get my 2 prescriptions, but was only given 1!). Ended up having to pay twice, but at least the staff member said I could try to get a refund some other time. I will be transferring my service elsewhere. They need a whole new staff or to just shut down...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, that’s what my rating would be. I picked up a prescription on New Year’s Eve. The associate was so incredibly rude. No people skills whatsoever. she did not greet me, thank me, and barked commands as to what I needed to do. Such as put in the last four of my phone number. She acted put out for having to help me. I have hated this pharmacy for so long, but just didn’t take the time to switch because it was convenient and right on my way home. This was the final straw. I will be moving all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Every time I go to Walgreens, the lines are stupid long and take forever to get through. I don’t understand why they have two drive-through lanes and only one person working the window. I have ran into issues with them either not having my medication or there’s always an issue. The only reason I stayed with them was because Of the convenience. I would much rather drive clear across Northwest Arkansas to pick up a prescription, then have to deal with this pharmacy And they’re horrible...
