The service that I received was A1. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The St. Paul was probably the best I've ever had. The ingredients seemed very fresh and they sprinkled a little salt on top of the St. Paul patty which was a pleasant surprise for my taste buds. The hot braised chicken is good. The crab rangoon is really good. The fried rice isn't anything to brag about in my opinion though it's not bad by any means. It's a mix between the cities dark fried rice and the county's typical light colored rice. I'd probably opt for steamed white rice next time. My only complaint is that there was a man sitting inside asking everyone for money. He wasn't rude by any means but it made me uncomfortable. The lady literally took my order with an attitude and didn’t even put it in I recommend not to order takeout if your the type to order takeout or pickup before work order in advance if the lady sounds like she has an attitude she 9/10 do have one I was in front of her watching her take and order bluntly rushing the customer on the phone I’m highly upset that I’m here ordering again after placing my order there’s no such thing as take your service nowhere else I don’t believe the customer is always and I’m understandable her customer service is not needed, I’ve worked in restaurants and vacations are needed when due I believe she’s past due for vacation I can see the stress on her face other than that good food...

Edit: Now that the store has a new owner, his communication is better and he is really friendly [One time I forgot an item, and he left the store and chased me down to give it to me which was awesome.] the food is good and affordable. However, one issue I have is with the waiting times. I usually call in ahead of time and wait 5 mins before going in, but usually when I get there I’m still waiting usually 8-10 minutes for my order, even during down times. The store is really clean though, and is small so due to covid precautions I usually wait outside. But overall it’s a nice place for good...
