Dunkin' — Restaurant in Berlin

Small but cozy space.

1 high table with four high chairs 2 table for two 1 table for four. 1 couch for 2 2 couches for 1 (swivel!) And pillows! Yes, decorative pillows!

There's an ATM, a fire place (imitation) and a TV above it. Very cozy and feels like home. The sound tracks are not loud and well balanced to be just a background music, while blocking chatter (if any).

The lobby is not busy, most of the time the orders are coming directly from drive-thru. Two restrooms is great when you have immediate needs!

The outlet is next to the high table and the "living room" and there's capacity for only 2 devices to plug-in. Still, as this was one of my most productive remote working session, I won't go down to 4/5 and mark this place as Best Dunkin' to Work Remote with a Colleguage

Oh, almost forgot to mention; plenty of parking space, well air-conditioned (not freezing, not sweating), professional employees with a smile on their face, fast service and clean bathrooms. You can also find branded products; mugs, towels, cups, Keurig...

Unfortunately, this was 2 different days. I've gone here many days and thought the atmosphere was pretty good. My last straw was the burnt toast. I got in my truck and began to drive, i reached in the bag and grabbed the container. Put it in my lap. Open it, and this is what I see. So I closed it and put it in the bag. I look down, and pants have peanut butter on them. I found that there is peanut butter on the bottom of the container. 😡 I go back to this location, and I recognize the lady that made my food. Ohh she was actually their manager. I gave the box to the cashier and calmly explained to him what happened. He took it to her, she yelled to the girl, making my orders to make it light. 05-07-2014 ... Well yesterday i stopped by Dunkin at about 7:30pm to buy a decafe and another drink and had the best exp. possible from the only person that was working at the time. Honestly whoever trained her did an excellent job and i as a coffee lover and costumer service appreciator recommend this coffee shop to anyone that wants excellent coffee along with great service. I usually show my appreciation to those that do the job they should be doing and doing it with a smile and respect....im in. so to the cashier that was working at this location ..... BLESS YOU and hope that you succeed in life and may the lord grant u all positive things. To whomever reads this weather its manager or upper level management........... GOOD JOB .....
