Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Berlin

We have had good and bad experiences here. Most recently, when picking up our order, the guy at the register couldn't be bothered to look up from his phone and we had to speak for him to even acknowledge we entered the building. He brought the pizza up front, set it on the counter and proceeded using his phone again. If you're looking for a simple pizza, then you'll most likely be happy. If you're ordering a specialty pizza, it's hit or miss. We have had instances of having to return to the store and having an order remade 3 times for it to still be wrong. Since new ownership has taken over the food is very good like it used to be when my pap worked there I will re recommend foxes again as a good place to eat prior to new ownership my son and I both got sick from eating pizza and cheese sticks we gave it another try after new ownership took over again and didn't get sick and it was good please come give foxes in Berlin another try you'll be glad you did and change your mind just like we did thanks guys for making changes...

I’ve given this location multiple chances to redeem themselves and they fail every time. They can’t seem to get an order right. There is either something wrong, something not made or something forgotten while handing over the order. I’ve had to make multiple trips to pick up a single order because of forgotten items.
