Klingers at the Airport — Restaurant in Bern Township

Last night was my 2nd time at this location. Honestly my boyfriend and I probably won't be back. The first time food was good but every time we got a bottled beer it was covered in rusty water. Last night the same occurance with the rust but honestly the food was... not what we expected. I ordered a Crispy Chef salad it came out with no chicken like on the menu and was tiny. Definitely not worth the money. When I mentioned that I never got chicken on my salad the waitress gladly went to get it but came out with ONE SMALL chicken tender sliced up on a bread plate. My boyfriend got wings (he asked for boneless and got bone in) they had obviously been sitting under the warmer for a while the sauce was almost caked on. He bit into them and they were nearly raw. Waitress came back and said she would have the manager take them off and offer my boyfriend another drink, never offered me while my drink was empty. The manager comes back and brings the check showing us they were taken off and a 25% discount AWESOME! I asked if I could get another angry orchard and was brought the bottle pictures. The restaurant was nice, roomy, wait staff very nice. The food had good taste but was disappointed. I ordered the half Philly prime rib sandwich. The meat was juicy good flavor but the onions were a no show at least I couldn't taste them. The chz sauce had a good flavor but didn't wow me. But my disappointment came in the size of the sandwich. For the price- 7.95, I expected a decent size sandwich either in length or amount of meat. It was neither bread was a 4inch cibatta roll and not busting at the seams. The sandwich came with an Over heaping pile of potato chips and I wasn't a huge fan of those. House made chip with a seasoning but a little over fried. My plate looked like I ordered chips with a side of a sandwich. I tried my companions wings which were good and meaty. I would certainly go back and try some other dishes. In general the prices seem just reasonable but as for my sandwich I thought was a little pricey...

Update* We came here tonight and the place was packed! We still got our food quick and our Prime rib and burgers were SO tasty. We tried the zucchini fries special and they were hot and crispy. And the lights were dimmer and way better. I could see all the beautiful airplanes coming in. I loved it. Can't wait to come back!

We loved coming here. I've never heard of the place but a friend was playing music here and we fell in love with the food and drinks. Everyone was so friendly and we can't wait to go back. I love that they added in hanging warm bulbs but it was really bright at 7pm and I wish they would swap it out the fluorescent bulbs for more hanging lights or maybe track lighting because it felt like it was still part of the airport.
