Pizza Cottage — Restaurant in Berne Township

The East side location is terrible. Ordered a blt pizza with no tomato and a sub with no tomato. When I got home and opened everything up I saw that both had tomatoes and the pizza crust was burnt. I called to let them know and was repeatedly told I didn’t order from the east side because they couldn’t find my order from 15 minutes ago. They kept arguing that I must have ordered from the west side, even though I had my receipt with the order number and location. I finally talked to the manager who then hung up on me. I called back and he said he would refund my order back to my credit card. This was over a month ago and I never received the credit. I have always loved pizza cottage from the west side location but I will never order from either location because of the poor...

What an unfortunate experience. The amount of time spent waiting was excessive. Drink order was taken, then we waited...and waited...and waited to receive said drinks and place our food order, nearly an hour (honestly, should've walked out). A table seated after our party had their orders taken and received their drinks right away (same server). Took absolute ages to get the pizza. There are some serious issues with this location. The servers need to be better organized and more attentive to all tables, equal service was not provided. More help in the kitchen is necessary, as well. I know the restaurant industry is still suffering, but this one needs to do better. At almost 2 hours to receive a super greasy pizza, I cannot recommend. Not the Pizza Cottage I used to...

Order for 3 pizzas was placed over the phone and we were told '1 hour to pick up' which is understandable on a busy night. I got there and was told it'd be 'just a minute'. After 20 minutes, I checked back in and was told 'it must have been given out to someone else incorrectly' and would be 40 minutes to remake. As I was canceling the order, the manager noticed it was on the top shelf of the carryout, but missing 1 of our items so they actually just had to remake that one. After 10 minutes, then they think the order actually did get sent out with someone else, but magically found it again. Long story short, got home with cold, dry food 2 hours after order placement. And I wasn't the only one in there dealing with a remake/lost...
