Taco Bell — Restaurant in Berne Township

This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to. My friend and I had to call this taco bell after we got home and ready to eat. The meal was not what we were told it would be... I thought for sure we would call and our food replaced... however, when we called the manager (didn't get her name but she identified herself as a nanager) started in asking questions. I have no problem answering questions but she was extremely rude and acted like it was our fault our food was nasty (I will post a picture of one of the tacos). What upset me the most is the fact that we were willing to bring in the food, receipt, and the card I used to pay for it... in my opinion, this should have been a "no-brainer!" We ended up bringing the food back And they locked the inside door as soon as we pulled up. Another "manager" was out in the parking lot and he was very nice and replaced our food. I will NEVER go back to this taco bell. The food is nasty and the employees are rude... sans the young man I talked to in the parking lot. He also identified himself as a manager. It's like the twilight zone at this place. I highly recommend you save yourself the hassle and money and SKIP this taco bell. I will be calling...

Everyone knows that a good product sells itself. But that is a big difference then when you have exceptional people make your business a success. The crew on East Main Street Lancaster Ohio is the definition of success. Not only did they have the best service freshest food but they served me in a way that they didn't have to. Due to all the health department changes as most restaurants do you are to either go through the drive-thru or place an order online and pick your order up through the drive-thru. Annabelle Lizzie Christie Rubin even the new guy that they even trained excellence to tonight exceeded their expectations by taking my personal phone call filling my order and bringing it out to my vehicle that was parked in the parking lot because it was overheating and I was too afraid it would blow up or something through their drive-thru. They not only made me made my belly happy but they reminded me that some things you just can't buy. My appreciation for them extending themselves and helping me lifting my spirits and made my heart Happy thank you Main Street Lancaster Ohio Taco Bell crew! You have set a new standard. My wife stopped here the other day, and ordered a mexican pizza. She had not been to taco bell in years, so she was sure to ask about the tortillas since she is allergic to gluten. The cashier assured her that the Mexican pizza was made with corn tortillas, NOT flour. She said "that is very important, i am allergic to flour products." He told her again that it was corn. Partway through the meal, she started to get nauseous and asked again about the tortillas. The employee said"oh, i don't know, ill go check." TEN MINUTES LATER he casually walked by and said "oh yeah, those were flour tortillas, sorry... Ill give your money back" The manager never came out to talk with her, no one asked if she was ok, and she left while getting sicker by the minute. The next day she missed work and instead of earning money, spent the day puking, with a migraine. She called taco bells corporate office, they promised a return call, but never bothered.... STAY AWAY...
