I like it. However.....the shop needs to be open for more than 12 hours a week. I know it is staffed by volunteers and volunteers are hard to find. That being said, if the purpose of the shop is to raise money to help FMC, it would make more money if the hours were to be extended and a few people were paid an hourly wage to work. The hours keep getting shorter and I shorter. I cannot tell you how many times I have tried to donate items only to find a closed sign. So the items go to St. Vincent's. Trust me, they do not need them. I am aware that there shop is small and nothing can be stored, but if I am not mistaken, the hospital owns the shipping center and it seems there is always at least one vacancy. Also, when I was there today, two women were standing outside the shop discussing the hours. One said to the other, "Can't make a profit with hours like this". You can't make money for FMC, either.
