Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Berwyn

I’ve been to this location multiple times and this visit was unpleasant and gotten insulted by the manager! 3/31/24 at 11am. I ordered 5 crazy sauce part of my big order and 3 sauces are full and 2 are less than half! I asked the employee to please put a little more as the other 3 are full! She said she cannot because she can get in trouble if she fills a cup?! But the other 3 are touching the lid! I don’t understand. She asked if I would like a refund??? I asked if she can please fill the 2. She said it’s a policy they are allowed to fill to half. Manager came and said I don’t like how you’re speaking to my employees….. I said nothing to insult or be rude and manager said I was!!! Also stated the policy to fill halfway is online that’s a LIE for a customer who ALWAYS orders online! No where online said only 1 scoop of sauce!! Why you holding back the sauce?!! Definitely a rip off on the sauce! WOW!!! AVOID this location unless you want rude customer service and to be insulted and for my money spent I rather go to a different location!! Last time going to this location with rude manager that’s there AND insults you for asking kindly to fill the sauce in 2 cups that weren’t filled! Absolutely horrible. Horrible service, horrible manager, horrible undercooked. Went in for a cheese pizza, they didn't have any ready, said I have to wait. No problem. Pizza comes up, I go home, open the box, and find a half cooked disk of dough and cheese. Call back, they said they can replace the pizza and give me a refund for my inconvenience. State ill be back in 15 20 minutes for my fully cooked pizza. Return after about 20, and they're very busy, but no-one is up front. After 2 3 minutes, a cashier walks up, ignores me and goes about filling orders until I speak up, but then just pushes my pizza out the way and back to work. After about 6 minutes the manager finally walks about, and the kid tells her I'm there for a refund, mind you he still has said nothing to me. The manager turns back around and disappears until the store clears out. She comes up, gives me my refund but informs me it will still be another 5 minutes for my pizza.... if you were doing the math along the way you know this is already more than 30 minutes from my call. 3/25/2024 9:00pm Just left this place. Never again. Waiting over an hour for 4 items. Double the time stated .There was 3 people when I arrived, then the lobby got full and emptied and I was still waiting. People ordering while there and orders given to them with little wait. Had to ask for my order a couple times. The guy packing the pizzas was distracted by the show he was watching on his phone. The girl at the register who finally went to get my order grabbed a box that was sitting there since before I got there I saw her put a sticker on and was going to hand it to me when I told her that was not fresh and was there since I walked in while everyone else was getting fresh items.
