Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bethalto

Edited to add (2): OF COURSE they didn’t answer my calls trying to address this. Literally robbed me of my money essentially. I don’t even care to have it replaced anymore, what a sick location. Edited to add my second experience in awhile: it’s unchanged from months ago.. wow.. first photo is months ago and last 3 are today. THIS IS THE WORST QUESADILLA EVER. It’s disgusting to eat and I can’t even finish it. I order extra cheese every time on quesadillas cuz they never put enough as is. There is legit no cheese on half this quesadilla as you can see when I peel it open, and the other half has MOUNDS of thick hard cheese?? I feel like I’m not asking for too much here when I say to slow down and focus on quality when you have customers that pay extra on already overpriced food. Also the tortilla tasted stale. Original review: I mean EVERY time I get a quesadilla from this location I ask for EXTRA cheese on it.. look how thin this is.. where’s the extra?? Cheese all over the wrapper, sauce all over the wrapper, when I pay for extra I mean I want it ON the quesadilla lol..So sloppily made. I think they’re way too focused on drive thru speed instead of focusing on quality of the food. The prices are so high the quality deserves to be at least good, spend a few extra seconds on the orders. $17 for a quesadilla, two bags of chips & cheese, fiesta potatoes, and a small slush? Come on. This used to be the BEST Taco Bell in the area, what happened?? Go to the Taco Bell in Edwardsville instead, they care about the quality and...

Absolutely the worst taco bell I've ever been to. employees are lazy rude and disrespectfull. Will not even take your order if you go into the lobby. I guess the only way to be waited on here you must go through the drive through. If I wanted to wait on myself, I would have just gone home. And being in a vehicle too large to go through the drive through so we had no choice. And my co worker. Is a little slow and cannot read very well. Yet the manager insisted he place his own order, seeing the look of embarrassment on his face, we decided to go someplace else. I come here a lot. 85% of the time they get my food wrong. I order an ONLY meat soft taco, and I’m always wasting gas to come back up and get my food replaced. I work fast food. It’s not that hard to get a 1 ingredient item right. I came back through tonight, (they had no cars in the drive thru) got met with a monotone “greeting” and when I told them my food was messed up, I got an attitude & was barely able to finish what I was saying. At the window, they handed me the food and slammed the window. I will say that whenever I come through and the skinnier man with the beard is working, he is always so nice and polite. Night crew needs to learn how to talk to customers. I’m saying this as a fast food employee and a teenager. “Thank you”and “sorry”...
