10/9/22 Updated 1star prior review Bishu offered exemplary customer service. This location must have either a new owner or a new manager because I thoroughly appreciated being able to come back to my favorite Subway. Trusting soul that I am to try this location again, I was pleasantly surprised.
Prior one star review from two years ago below: I frequently stop at this location after grocery shopping on my way home and have -in the past -had excellent service, until today.
It was 11 AM on Saturday and the store was completely empty as I waited at the counter for several minutes. When I was just about to call out ‘is anyone here’ finally a gal named ‘Cat’ (with a black double nose ring) came out from the back.
No greeting or apology for my having to wait.
She took my order for an Italian BMT which I asked to have grilled and as she began preparing it appeared to be pretty skimpy with the meat so I politely asked if she could add just one more piece of the thin ham on there and she told me NO unless she charged me extra.
When I mentioned I was a frequent customer and always got the same sandwich but the meat prep this time seemed less than usual, she rudely stated that she was preparing it as the manager had showed her and unless the manager told her differently she wasn’t changing anything.
I asked if they had a new manager and was told yes five or six months ago and I then asked if they had the same owners and she said yes.
As my sandwich came out of the grill she laid it down by the condiments and immediately walked over to serve a fellow who had JUST arrived and asked for his order while my sandwich was just sitting there waiting to be finished.
When she did not have the bread that he wanted she asked him to wait a moment and she would go in the back and get fresh bread for him -meanwhile I’m STILL standing there waiting for my sandwich to be completed so I can pay and leave.
She returns with his bread and continues conversing with him ignoring me completely as I’m waiting -wondering WTH.
Finally another gal (named Cassie) came out from the back noticed me and began completing my sandwich order.
The whole ordeal left me feeling like I was poorly treated.
I won’t be coming back. My sandwich was not up to the normal standard that I typically enjoyed. Add the impolite customer service and I’m left with a really bad impression.
I hope the owners read this because as I read through the other reviews I can see that I’m not the only one that has run into this poor customer service. Some extra training would be advisable. But you just lost my...
Read moreI've been going to this location for almost a year now, if not longer. For the most part, I've had nothing but good experiences. Most of the people there are really sweet and great at their job. However I went there tonight, like every other night, and ordered 12 white macadamia nut cookies. This is an every day thing, for the most part, at the same location. I understand if you're running low on cookies or if for some reason someone came in and ordered them all and you don't have any. There have been times where the employee would cook some for me and have it ready like 30min to an hour later. Tonight they said they were completely out. So I asked if it was possible to cook some. The employee then exhaled, 'Oh my God. What time is it?' As she looks at the other employee, figuring out whether or not she wants to take the time to cook these or not. I told her not to worry about it, but she couldn't hear me as she had her head turned, talking to someone else. I yelled a little louder not to worry about it and instead of apologizing, she just said, 'so you just want the sub.' My boyfriend had also ordered a sub but at this point, we were so aggravated that we said screw it and left. And what's unfortunate is that we won't be back. We put money into there daily. And because of one experience, we will not be doing it again. All I ask is for a little customer service. If you're out of something that I ask for and it's too late to cook more, just say, 'Im sorry, we can't.' And it'll be left at that. But the attitude that came with it was unnecessary. I'm already upset that you don't have what I come for literally every night, so throwing around general disgust when I ask you a question is always going to make...

SERVICE: The 5 stars for service is because the staff is ALWAYS nice and accommodating! They never seem to be frustrated with my particular detailed requests and they never make a mistake…you can NOT say that about most Subways.
FOOD: This Subway stands out as better than most because I’ve never received anything that seems old, toasted items never have been overdone, and they don’t skimp on ingredients. This is another way this Subway stands well-above the rest.
ATMOSPHERE: Everything appears to be very clean making me have much more confidence in the safety of my food here.
