Update - unfortunate experience:

Visited at 8:49 PM on a Sunday with my family for what should have been a simple ice cream trip. Unfortunately, the experience was quite poor due to inconsistent information from staff and early closure of services.When I asked for two scoops of birthday bash for my son, one employee said they were out while another mentioned there was more in the back. The first employee lied and never checked just simply insisting they were out. In regards to the next order of a cookie dough artic swirl, at 8:50 PM (10 minutes before closing), we were told the mixing equipment for "Artic Swirls" (their version of blizzards) were already cleaned and unavailable.... I understand that teenagers who dont care are employees and they may be eager to close up, but providing conflicting information to customers and shutting down services well before closing time reflects poorly on management training and standards. This resulted in disappointed children and an unnecessarily stressful family outing.I've been a customer since childhood and have always lived within walking distance, so this experience was particularly disappointing. The shop would benefit from better staff training on customer service and maintaining advertised hours...

Avoid this unsanitary place handle money grab cones then they get a napkin and put it around AFTER the fact several times I’ve witnessed this. Then the snarky little girl answer the phone and says they never ever do that so I asked her, so do you watch every employee are you there the whole time they’re open to close every day and she says you’re like 30 years old and I’m an employee and you should not give me attitude. Someone has his girl spoiled and she needs to let the world knock her down a bit. Prices on the board did not line up to what was being charged at all, then was told about an additional up charge on top of the other up charge for cookie dough hard serve. I understand a small sign did say about possible small up charges but an increase of about 30% plus additional up charges should be addressed.
