I was just passing through and was hugely hungry after hiking all morning in the White Mountains. I decided to give the little coffee shop a go, and despite my aversion to avoiding delicious meats, I ordered the Big Salad and the soup of the day at the suggestion of one of the women behind the counter after asking for something "very big." That salad was literally the best salad I've ever had in my life, and no we're not talking Rob Lowe on Parks and Rec literally, but literally literally. If all salads were like that, I'd eat them all the damn time. The soup and corn muffin rounded out the meal, and $11 and 20 minutes later, my hunger was fully sated. I just wish the four quiches cooling on the counter were ready to be cut when I was there. If the rest of their food is as good as that salad and soup, I'd eat there every day. Oh, the coffee...

I go to Maia Papaya a lot due to the fact that I live in Bethlehem. They have the best coffee around and have food that will satisfy any ones tastes. It is a very small place and is hard to get around when it is busy, but most places are. I usually don't have a very bad experience there but the past few times that I have been there the service has been awful. Some of the ladies that work there take their sweet loveable time making someones order. I stood in line with four other people waiting for ten minutes before anyone even spoke to us. After ordering it took them ten makes to make two bagels, after making them the bagels sat on the counter for another ten minutes. Needless to say our bagels were cold when we got them. There was no need for this. I won't be returning there ever again because of...

Being a vegetarian is hard in this country. Running a veg only restaurant is harder. Fortunately, this place has proved that wrong! In the midst of covid-19, seeing so many people ordering from this place is surprising and at the same time relieving. I say this because I do not want them to close down for any reason. They have some of the best breakfast items on the menu, vegetarian and vegan.

I tried their breakfast burrito and hands down one of the best I have eaten. So much flavor! Their drinks have so much variety and taste sooooo good.

All in all such a cute restaurant in a little town with a cute little patio area to sit out and eat during these crazy times.

Definitely coming back here when...

I went in there half asleep while on my solo camping trip to see the fall foliage. The kind human that was at the register I told to literally suprise me as long as it was vegan 😁 I left with a delicious coffee and an amazing burrito! Took a nice dessert for the road! Definitely will be getting me through my hikes today and will be returning if I'm up this way again!

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and it’s a big tradition at this point! Everything has stayed the same and the great quality has not changed at all. Love this place and always will! The owner is truly the best and makes this place seem like home! I always love to snowmobile over to here in the winter as well to grab some coffee to warm up!

Great menu with many vegan options (although there’s a decent upcharge.) I ordered the power bowl which is vegan as is, and it was delicious and filling. Coffee was great. No indoor seating yet, but the outside patio was perfect. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to return!
