Taco John's — Restaurant in Big Sioux Township

Well, I typically try to see the positive in things. So I will start with the positive. They made it right. Food was food from Taco John's, so same as always, but half cold, half hot. However, to forget 6 soft shell tacos and 2 orders of oles in an order of 12 soft shell tacos, 4 orders of oles and 6 sides of cheese is kinda much. I bring in what I got and had to wait for a bit to even be acknowledged. So that was frustrating because that means the food I am holding is getting cold and yuck standing there as they continue to take orders. The gal who handed me the food through the drive thru sees me and tells the young kids making the food that they forgot half the order. They argue with her a bit and then make the rest of the order. Went through the drive thru. They first said they were only taking cash, then proceeded to tell us that they were shutting down and rebooting the computers while they had customers in line and told us that they can't take anymore orders. Then we went up to the window and we had to call the store so they would come up to the window. We were going to sit there and wait for the computers to come back on, and he told us that we had to move because it affects their time.
