McDonald's — Restaurant in Big Stone Gap

This place has went off a cliffs edge. Wow. They are so terrible now. Almosy every time you order in the drive thru they will have you pull to a spot. Yesterday they had me pull to a spot. I waited 20 minutes no food. A worker came out asked me if I had 2 Frappuccino. I said no. She asked what I had. I said 2 McDoubles, 2 large fries, 10 piece chicken nugget and a quarter pounder. She said we don't have your order on our screen. Do you have your receipt. So she took my receipt (strange) and walked inside. I saw her come back out and take the receipt from another guy who was pulled up from the drive thru. So I got out and went inside. As did the other man. We watched them continue to serve the drive thru window non stop while they kept telling us to wait. Finally we both got our food (50 minutes total for me) half of his food was cold. They rushed my fries and they weren't cooked. I had to air fry them when I got home. Needless to say this is my worst ever McDonald's experience of my whole life. An hour for 5 items in the drive thru is pretty unthinkable. I also emailed their...

UPDATE (11/13/2021): This is the first time I got stale burger buns AND a rotten meat patty on my Double-Cheese Burger ever from this location (the smell of the cooked meat will be pungeant and slightly sour if it has expired and you can't confuse it with oil or grease). They need to check the quality and date of their products before they try serving them.

(Old) New employees are being released too soon to take orders; after trying to order a #3 Meal with a double cheeseburger, a side order of Medium Fries and a bottle of water, she REMOVED the side order and swapped the #3 as a sandwich-only, corrected it but neglected to add the side-order back. Instead of ensuring the order was correct when we asked, she just rushed us along and shoved the food out the window before closing it abruptly.

Definitely not happy with how the service it currently going as of this year. Had no complaints beforehand, but management needs to ensure that the employees are confident in taking orders and navigating the menu before throwing them to the customers. Pretty...

I am normally never picky and I never leave reviews, but this one I couldn’t help it! I just left there and paid $35 for my order. My meal alone I got a bacon quarter pounder with cheese. The burger was good other then the sour mustard and the bacon didn’t even taste good. My fries weren’t warm at all and they taste like cardboard, my sweet tea taste unsweet. After we paid and pulled to the window the man handed me my 2 sweet teas and my supposed to be hot fudge sunday, but the chocolate wasn’t even warm. He pulled us to the white line because he said the cookies weren’t ready so we pulled and waited for about 7 minutes. Mind you everything else was done and we were just waiting for the cookies at the time. Why didn’t he give us our food instead of waiting on JUST the cookies and handing it out at the same time? Pure lazy and never again will I eat at this Mcdonald’s! So not worth it, hopefully Hardee’s...
