Classy N' Sassy Coffee — Restaurant in Billings

We go to the 6th Ave one almost every other day. Today we went and my son always orders the stoplight charger. He has had it from several classy and sassy. We pulled out and my drink was great but his was off. I tasted it and it was gross. We turned around to have it remade. The lady was so rude. She wasn't going to remake it and when she finally did she handed me the old one and the new one and said there you go it was made exactly the same. She was rude and did not provide good customer service at all. I have read many things about them lately but didn't want to believe it. I will share my experience with all of my co workers and anyone I can. I am done with classy and sassy. We go there for a good drink and are treated rudely. I got a Stoplight charger which I have ordered many times before from other Classy and Sassy's and even this location. I ordered one today and the lady who was at the window was not very pleasant at all. When I tried my drink it was terrible I don't even know what could have been different about it except for the person making it. I then had it remade and the lady was extremely rude about it. She made it to the point where I was embarrassed to have her remake my drink even though I didnt do anything wrong. I love Classy & Sassy!! Best coffee in Billings and the fastest service. Switched from City Brew a couple months ago after it always took 30 minutes to get through their drive-thru line and have not regretted my decision! Great pricing, friendly staff, quick service. What more could you ask for? Shoutout to Tarin (probably not spelling that right) for always making my white angels with a smile on her face. She always asks how my day is going & what plans I have & I love her friendliness! Every single employee here is very kind & it seems like they all really enjoy what they do!
