Absolute nightmare, worst local service I have received in quite some time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Broke my phone Thursday Jan 20th, called and they said no problem, quoted me a price and said they had to order a screen which they would do that day. I called the following Monday as I had not heard anything and realized they are only open Wednesday through Saturday. I called Wednesday morning 6 days after my initial call and was told they had no idea, after a while of looking around the manager said he found a note with my name on it, but that nothing had been ordered. He apologized and said he would order that day, but then somewhat scolded me telling me that they usually don't order parts until they can look at the phone. I asked him to verify my phone number which they also had wrong and he said he corrected it. I told him I would drop it off the next day and had my wife do so. After being patient and not hearing anything I called Saturday the 29th and again asked the status of my phone. I was told they were still waiting on the screen and they were hoping to have it repaired by the following Wednesday the 2nd. I again asked to confirm my callback number and they STILL had it wrong. Today Wednesday the 2nd I walked in again this afternoon after not hearing anything and when the associate asked the phone repair person the status he said "oh I was going to order a screen today for it." REALLY?!?! 13 days ago I was told a screen was being ordered and they still hadn't even ordered the part!!!
Long story short, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR REPAIRS!!! Lots of other business you can search and find locally to do the same services. No one seemed to ever have a clue of what was going on and the customer service every time was far from...
Read moreBought a 1300 PC from them, was having issues. They said they didn't see anything wrong even though the PC was running 80c idle. They dropped the PC twice, and offered nothing to resolve the new dents and scratches on it.
After replacing the cooler on the PC myself it runs great. Unfortunately the cooler I had to replace was worth $200.
In their defense they said I could bring it back at anytime but it's just not worth it considering the last time I took it in the issue wasnt identified.
Not a good experience.
Edit after reply: I definitely did bring up the drops... You guys seem more and more dishonest. You told me there was NOTHING WRONG WITH MY PC. You never offered to resolve anything! Only that you would "look at it again". Why would I bring it back again if you didn't fix it the first time...
And acting all high and mighty because you "allowed" me to return the PC for an over priced black Friday PC is asinine. The only reason I agreed to buy the cheap one was because you told me I could exchange it on black Friday if there was one I wanted then...
Can I give negative stars?
If you had offered to fix the drops and not acted like a PC under zero load at 80+c is normal I wouldn't have been so suspicious. Then you responded negatively to my review, and removed that original response? Its not exactly easy to lug that thing back and forth. Probably how you guys dropped it in the first place.
An unblemished case and a refund for the price of the cooler would be the only thing that seems fair, but that's obviously a huge hit...
